Coconut Christmas slice recipe
Ingredients


  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 400g coconut cookies, crushed
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 50g desiccated coconut


Method


  1. Melt the dark chocolate, butter and honey in a saucepan over a low heat.
  2. Add the crushed cookies and mix until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 30cm x 20cm baking tray.
  4. In a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, melt the white chocolate.
  5. Once melted pour over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the desiccated coconut.
  7. Chill for 4 hours.
  8. Once set slice into squares.
