Jammy eyeballs recipe


To make jammy eyeballs you will need:
225g self raising flour
100g margarine
100g caster sugar
1 egg beaten
mix to mix
jam

Heat the oven to 200c gas mark 6.
Grease a baking tray.
Rub the margarine into the flour.
Stir in the sugar.
Mix to a stiff dough with the egg and the milk.
Roll into walnut sized balls, place on the tray.
Push your thumb into the centre of each ball.
Fill each hole with a little jam.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
