Tutorial Tuesday - How to cover a metal badge with fabric. 
First find an old metal badge that has a back that can be removed with pliers. 
 Using your pliers remove the back and keep for later. It should be easy to remove as it is sprung into place.

Cut a circle of your chosen fabric about 5 mm bigger in diameter than your badge. You may want to add further embellishments to the fabric this should be done at this stage.

Sew a running stitch around the edge of your fabric and draw up around the badge. Securing with a knot.

 Then use your pliers to push the badge back back into place. (Note: if the fabric is too thick it may be difficult to push the badge back, back in. If this is the case you could hot glue a separate badge back in or a pin fastening )
