Tutorial Tuesday # 3 - how to do back stitch

For Tutorial Tuesday # 3 I thought I'd continue with showing how to do basic stitches and one that I couldn't do without is backstitch. It gives a continuous clean line and is great for outlining things in embroidery and cross stitch. It is also a very secure stitch to use.
